Judy Legenza

Judy Legenza, age 79 passed away on November 26, 2019 at Erlanger Medical Center. After retirement, Judy and her husband Wally moved to Cleveland from the Chicago Illinois area. She was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic faith.

Judy was an active member of BridgeMakers. She attended meetings and traveled on many bus trips. She was a volunteer at Senior Circle meetings. Judy would serve lunch and cake at meetings and help with the picnic and Christmas Dinner. She loved to Garden, cook and bake.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents William and Helen Wahl; her husband Walter Legenza; and her sister Sharon Garrigan. She will be deeply missed by her sister Wilma Wingard of Cleveland, sister Sherryl Pinson, and brother Albert Wahl of Illinois; her nephew William Pinson and his wife Laura and son James; Other sad members of  her extended family include the Wingard family of Cleveland and the Ellement family of Florida and Illinois.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association and the Saint Therese Food Pantry.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Monday December 2, 2019 at Ralph Buckner Funeral home chapel.
