Patricia Gail Lambert Hooper, age 51, a long time resident of Bradley County, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2006 in a Chattanooga hospital. She had grown up in Etowah, Tennessee and was a graduate of McMinn Central High School and Cleveland State Community College. She was employed with CitiFinancial and was also employed with Coppinger Color Lab for many years where she managed the Credit Union, and had also been employed at Sunrise Acceptance. She was a member of Saint Luke?s Episcopal Church. She was a devoted wife and mother that always looked out for the poor and the needy and was also recently elected to the Board of Directors for Bradley Initiative for Church and Community (BICC). She was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Eugene Lambert. She is survived by her husband, James Richard "Rick" Hooper of Charleston; parents, Robert A. Lambert, Sr. and Marie Browning Lambert of Etowah; two sons: Seaman Beau Alexander Prince of the US Navy Defense Language Institute in Montery, CA and James Tyler Hooper and wife, Fawn Hooper of Cleveland; one grandchild: Ella Grace Hooper of Cleveland; two brothers and spouses: Bob Lambert, Jr. and Sandy Lambert of Etowah, TN and Tom Lambert and Shannon Lambert of Athens, TN; nephews, Rob Lambert of Etowah, Blake Lambert and Trent Lambert both of Athens; nieces, Krissi Lambert Smith of Englewood, TN and Kylie Lambert of Athens; mother-in-law, Judy Hooper of Cleveland, and brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Kim Hooper of Greasy Creek. A memorial service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Saint Luke?s Episcopal Church with Reverend Joel Huffstetler officiating. Interment will follow in Saint Luke?s Memorial Gardens at the church following the service. Her family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home. Her family will also have a receiving line 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Saint Luke?s Episcopal Church prior to the memorial service. The family requests that since Pat was such a devoted person who cared so deeply for the poor and needy that no flowers be sent and that all donations be sent directly to the Bradley Initiative for Church and Community (BICC), P.O.
