Duffy Blanchard Willoughby, Sr., age 65, a life long resident of the Chattanooga area passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at the family residence. He was a member of the Maple Grove Baptist Church and was a truck driver for thirty years. Mr. Willoughby was the son of the late Frank and Rosa Bell Crisp Willoughby and was also preceded in death by daughter, Tammy Ann Willoughby, brother, R.F. Willoughby, Jr., sister, Margaret Hatcher and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Lillian and Leonard Monger. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Nora Ann Willoughby of Harrison; three sons and spouses: Leonard and Jamie Willoughby of Birchwood, Duffy, Jr. and Veronica Willoughby of Cleveland, Charles W. and Jennifer Willoughby of Harrison; three granddaughters: Tammy, Rachel and Hayley; two grandsons: Robert and Charles Willoughby, II; three brothers and spouses: Charles and Lulu Willoughby of Nashville, W. Gene and Barbara Willoughby of Tulsa, OK and Jimmy and Carol Willoughby of Harrison; three sisters and spouses: Fran and Buddy Brumlow, Ellen Weller and Minnie and Richie Holloway all of Chattanooga; several nieces and nephews also survive.
