Virginia Moore Falls, age 79, passed away Saturday afternoon at the home of her daughter surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of William and Carrie Lee Moore. After 25 years of service, she retired from Charleston Hosiery. Mrs. Falls was of the Church of God faith. She was a faithful loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Arnold Falls; three sisters: Lucille Woods, Reba Martin and Mary Simpson; brother Bill Moore and grandson, Christopher Falls. She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law; Alan and Martha Falls and Mike Falls; daughters and sons-in-law; Etta McNeal, Lois and Allen Moses, Connie and Roger Gowell; special friend, George McNeal; grandchildren: Dennis Falls, Dustin Falls, Jason Falls, Allen Moses II, Scott Gowell, Amy Falls, Carrie Gowell, Tonya Gowell, Brandi Gannaway and Misty McNeal and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend William Spencer and Reverend Grady Simpson officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with the release of a flock of white doves concluding the service. Roger Gowell, George McNeal, Joe Gannaway, Dustin Falls, Allen Moses II and Ricky Cheek will serve as pallbearers. Dennis Falls, Brandi Gannaway, Amy Falls, Carrie Gowell and Misty McNeal will serves as honorary pallbearers.
