Jean Stough

June 25, 1939 — July 3, 2006

Jean Muriel Stough, age 67, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday, July 3, 2006 at her residence. She was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. Mrs. Stough was a native of New York City and has resided in Cleveland since 1976. She was a legal secretary, employed by Attorney Sheridan Randolph for thirty years and served as his campaign treasurer for sessions judge. Mrs. Stough also worked for fourteen years in the emergency room of Bradley Memorial Hospital. She was involved with several animal organizations, a long time member of PALS (Pets Are Loveable Society); she served as the treasurer for many years and a member of the Chattanooga Zoo. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Schloz and Edna Gray Scholoz. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law: Kathy Fellers and husband, Bill Fellers of Chucky, TN and Susan Kinder and husband, Ralph Kinder of Cleveland; two adopted daughters: Robin Steele of Cleveland and Cathy Munn and husband, Bill Munn of Birmingham, AL; five grandchildren: Mikel Kinder and wife, Cana Kinder, Britney Kinder Reid and husband, Bill Reid, Gaven Kinder, Trey Adams and Katelyn Adams. A memorial service will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral with Johnnie Humberd officiating. Her family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday prior to the service.
