Bobbye Roberta Whaley

Bobbye Roberta Whaley, age 66, a life long resident of Cleveland, passed away Friday, July 7, 2006 in a Chattanooga hospital. She was a member of Mt. Olive Church of God. Mrs. Whaley was retired from Bendix where she worked as a quality control inspector. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lake Hooper and Dorothy Hooper Sandidge; her husband, Dennis Whaley, Sr. and sister, Hazel Beshears. She is survived by sons: Robert Whaley and wife, Lori Whaley and Greg Whaley all of Cleveland; grandchildren: Amber Anderson, Jake Green, Carmen Falke, Tripp Whaley, Bree Whaley, Megan Whaley and Alyssa McCarter all of Cleveland; two great grandchildren: Heath Falke and Landon Falke both of Cleveland; sisters: Gertha Hill and husband, Forrest Hill of Cleveland, Martha Bacon of Rossville, GA and Linda Wells and husband, Eddie Wells of Cleveland; brother, Sterling Sandidge and wife Peggy Sandidge of Cohutta, GA; mother-in-law, Isabella Whaley of Cleveland; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Jo Ann and Ray Joseph of Cleveland and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Gary Sears officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Buck Hill, Steve Bacon, Mark Wells, Matt Wiley, Eric Falke and Jamie Wells serving as pallbearers.
