Lila Emily Wright, age 89, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday, July 24, 2006 in a local healthcare facility. She was attended the Michigan Avenue Baptist Church. She was a former hair dresser. Ms. Wright was the daughter of the late Arthur and Maude Postelle Queen and was also preceded in death by two brothers, Arnold Queen and Clifford Queen, one sister, Carrie Boring and her former husband, Sloan Wright. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Dailey and husband, Edward Dailey of Cleveland; grandson, Troy Dailey of Cleveland; one sister, Iva Lee Britton of Farner, TN; one brother, Troy Queen of Anna, Texas; she is also survived by her special family, the staff of Cleveland Care and Rehab. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Ron Sorah and Pastor Victor Hayes officiating. Interment will follow in Michigan Avenue Baptist Church Cemetery with Leon Boring, Larry Boring, Denny Farrimond, Art Queen, Danny Queen and Chris Queen serving as pallbearers. Her family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
