Opal McClure Grisam, "Mimi", a lifelong resident of Cleveland, beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, unselfish, loving, caring and always giving, went to be with Jesus on Saturday, September 2, 2006 at her daughter?s home. She was a member of North Cleveland Church of God. She was the daughter of the late M. L. and Naomi McClure. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, William, "Bunk" Grisam, to whom she was faithful and devoted for over 40 years. Her brothers: Austin McClure, O. A. McClure, Lloyd McClure, Leon McClure and Marvin McClure, and sisters: Minnie Hicks, Anna Mae Ogle, Rosel Bowerman and Lucille Johnson, also preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughters: Faye Buckner, and Linda Kaylor and her husband Terry, all of Cleveland; grandchildren: Angie Buckner Wyatt, Leif Buckner, Chad Buckner, Kristi Kaylor Raney, Amanda Kaylor, all of Cleveland, and Melanie Kaylor Parker of New Orleans, LA; nine great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Bessie Stewart, W.P. McClure, Elizabeth Nipper, Joy Stinnett Lonas; and several loved nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 4:00 p. m. in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Cedar Springs Cemetery with Leif and Chad Buckner, Terry and Chase Wyatt, Jason Parker and David Raney serving as pallbearers.
