Marie Wilson

Marie Wilson, age 90, a resident of Novi, Michigan and a former resident of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2006 in Michigan. She was a member of the Keith Street Church of God of Prophecy. Mrs. Wilson was the daughter of the late Kenneth E. and Myrtle Miller Hunt and was also preceded in death by her husband, Reverend George A. Wilson who was a well known minister with the Church of God of Prophecy and a daughter, Shirley Phillips. She is survived by her two children: Kenneth Wilson and wife, Pat Wilson of Harrison Township, Michigan and Evelyn Brown of Novi, Michigan; six grandchildren: Wendy Martin, Jason Wilson, Matt Wilson, Krystal Smith, Randy Brown all of Michigan and Shane Phillips of Cleveland; one sister, Jeannie Jolly of Alabama; one brother, Billy Hunt of Rossville, Georgia. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Eugene Weakley officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with the white dove release ceremony concluding the service. Her family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
