Marvin Woodrow Thomas

Marvin W. Thomas, age 50, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, died Thursday, September 21, 2006 at Erlanger Hospital form injuries sustained from a fall at his home. He worked as a painting contractor in Chattanooga and the Cleveland area. He is survived by his two daughters: Heather and Bryson; mother, Bertha Thomas; sisters: Darlene, Cindy and Teresa; brothers: Paul and Eddie of Cleveland and Scott Smith of Arlington, Texas; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive. A memorial service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Strickland officiating. His family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service. In lieu of flowers it is requested that donations be made to the Bellefounte Baptist Church, 132 Bellefounte Road, Cleveland, Tennessee 37312.
