David Wayne Carroll

David Wayne Carroll, age 35, went home to be with Jesus on Sunday, October 22, 2006 at his residence in Charleston. He was a member of the Hiwassee Baptist Church who supported him faithfully throughout his illness. He was employed with SWM Manufacturing Company in Dalton, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Wayne Carroll. He is survived by his loving wife, Angela "Angie" Orr Carroll of Charleston; two sons: Taylor Orr Carroll and Dustin Orr Carroll both of Charleston; beloved father-in-law and mother-in-law: Bennie and Dean Orr of Charleston; beloved brother-in-law and wife: Ricky and Tina Orr of Charleston and their children; special nephew and namesake, Tristan David Orr of Charleston; mother and husband, Cynthia and Patrick Reynolds of Columbus, Mississippi; four sisters: Melisha Hammond, Carla Carroll, Marla Carroll and Katrina Polk; one brother, Ben Presson; grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Hiwassee Baptist Church with Pastor Bill Sneed and Pastor Guinn Green officiating. Interment will follow in Hiwassee Baptist Church Cemetery with Ben Presson, Danny Hughes, Mark Evans, Danny Dickens, Danny Evans and Charles Liner serving as pallbearers. The service will conclude with the white dove release ceremony. His family will receive friends from 5-8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home. His family will also receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the church prior to the service.
