Patricia Ann Smith

Patricia Ann Underwood Smith, age 41, born on November 23, 1964, a resident of Charleston, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, November 2, 2006. She was of the Christian faith. Her father, George M. Underwood, preceded her in death as well as her maternal grandparents, Louis and Margaret Varner, and fraternal grandparents, George B. and Mary Underwood. She is survived by her husband, Philip Smith of Charleston; mother, Maxine Underwood Langley of Cleveland; three sons: Travis Clark, Benjamin Clark and Nicklas Crane, all of Chattanooga; three brothers: Lamar Blevins of Pensacola, FL, George Underwood and wife Linda, and Mitchell Underwood and wife Rebecca, all of Soddy Daisy; one special niece, Lily Underwood (born on her birthday) of Soddy Daisy; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home. Her family will receive friends from 5 ? 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
