Jerrie Lynn Roberts was a mother, a sister, an aunt, a niece, a cousin and a friend. She was a sweet, loving, caring, kind, sensitive, friendly, and funny. She loved to spend time with her daughter and loved to read. She was strong and battled her fatal illnesses till the very end. "On July 10, 1965, God gave me a precious gift; my one and only daughter. On December 2, 2006, God took my gift to heaven. You asked me if you could "Go" and my mouth said "Yes" but my heart screamed "No". Our tears just flowed and flowed. God wanted her now; He set her free. Although your gone, and won?t come back, you will forever live in our hearts. Jerrie was the breaking of my dawns, the light of my days, the sunset of my evenings, and the moon of my nights. I will always love you and I will always feel the painful void of losing you." Wrote by her Mother?.Eva Walker. Jerrie is survived by her daughter, Raylene Eva-Marie Acosta, age 11.
