Raymond Ralph Choate

Raymond Ralph Choate, age 74, passed away Wednesday, December 06, 2006 at a local healthcare facility. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Choate was employed with Turner Sign Company before his retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents, Amos Choate and Bertha Smith Choate; and wife, Anna E. Choate; brother: Lawrence Choate, Burl Choate, Doc Choate and Lester Choate; sister, Mildred Morrison. He is survived by his children: Terry Choate and wife, Mary ?Peanut? Choate, Tony Choate and wife, Debbie Choate, Tim Choate and wife, Lenore Choate all of Cleveland; grandchildren: Jason Choate, Ben Choate, Shane Foster, Casey Choate and Austin Choate; sisters: Pauline Bacon of Maryville, TN, Crystal Lee and Joyce Hickman both of Cleveland and a special friend, Opal Lusk. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Sunday December 10, 2006 at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Minister Howard Scott and Reverend Edd Scott officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Clint Lee, Chris Pugh, Kirk Allen, Daniel Willhoit, Jason Choate, Jarred Choate and Ben Choate serving as pallbearers. A white dove release will conclude the service.
