Sarah Reneau

Sarah Reneau, age 89, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday, January 1, 2007 at the family residence. She was a member of the Fourth Street Community Church. She was an avid bowler, quilter and traveler but most of all she enjoyed her children. Mrs. Reneau was the daughter of the late Lee Williams and Susan Westfall Williams and was also preceded in death by her husband, James D. Reneau; son, Edward F. Williams; four sisters: Anna, Mable, Nora and Ruth; three brothers: John, Woodrow, Lee Jackson. She is survived by her three daughters: Susan Singleton (Udell) of Frewsburg, New York, Zara McDaniel of Tellico Plains, TN and Susan Morris of Rossville, GA; son, Joseph Reneau and wife Lora of Cleveland, TN; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Ed Henderson and Reverend Frank Ellis officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Jeff Kelley, Jon Dillon, Stephen Roberts, Danny Winters, Daniel Harris and Gary Roher serving as pallbearers. Her family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
