Harold Barker

Harold Barker, age 53, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2007 in a local hospital. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Barker was the son of the late Paul and Polly Barker and was also preceded in death by his sister, Gail Barker. He is survived by his wife Gladys Barker of Cleveland; step-children: Anthony Chastain, Christopher Chastain and Nicholas Chastain; four grandchildren; two sisters, Sharon Barker and Carolyn Barker both of Cleveland; three brothers and spouses: Larry and Joann Barker, Ricky and Wanda Barker and Ronnie and Vanessa Barker all of Cleveland; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Friday, January 12, 2007 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Ray Cheathem officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Wesley McKee, Larry McKee, Billy Barker, Jennifer Dodson, Danniell Gresham, Penny, and Clyde King. His family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, January 11, 2007 at the funeral home.
