Frank E. "Dean" Centers, age 63, a resident of Cleveland and former resident of Delano, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2007 at his home. He was a member of Ocoee Church of God. He was a well-known mechanic and worked twenty years for Mullinax Lincoln-Mercury and was the owner of Eastview Garage in Benton for several years. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Centers, Sr.; brother, Billy Centers and grandson, Jonathan Witt. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Sandra Centers of Cleveland; loving mother, Rosie Centers; mother-in-law, Gwendolyn Thompson; sister-in-law, Connie Cole; daughters and sons-in-law: Tammy Taylor and husband Randall Taylor of Cleveland; Debbie Dye and husband, Clarence Dye of Mineral Bluff, GA; Mary Cooper and husband, Denzil Cooper, Sr. of Cleveland; Judy Moore and husband, Randy Moore of Cleveland; special niece and husband, Cathy and Ben Witt of Cleveland; grandchildren: Heath Day, Joshua Wooten, Adam Day, Jessica Wooten, Denzil Cooper, Jr., Kelli Wooten, Jennifer Cooper, Philip Willard, Lauren Witt, Brandon Witt and Emma Moore; great grandchildren: Kiley Day, Alexis Day, Christopher Shubert, Emily Day, and Allyson Day; nephews: John Allred, Chris Allred, Matthew Centers, Nathan Centers, Jarod Allred and Kevin Cole; nieces: Lea Arthur, Micheal Scott and Tiffany Cole; many great nephews and nieces, loving family and beloved pets, Buffy and Lucy. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Guinn Green officiating. Interment will follow in Delano Cemetery with grandsons and sons-in-law serving as pallbearers. His family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
