Earl G. Biddy, 88, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 7, 2007. He was a resident of Life Care Centers of Athens, Tennessee. He was a member of Cloverleaf Baptist Church. He owned and operated Biddy?s Radio and TV Repair for 43 years. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Darris B. Hunt and brothers, Ernest Biddy and Clyde Biddy. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Susie Biddy of Cleveland; his children: Glen and Debbie Biddy, Earlene and Charlie Gilbert and Dianne Brogden all of Cleveland, Roy and Barbara Biddy of Columbia, TN and Earl Joseph Biddy of Livonia, Louisiana; brothers, Fred Biddy, Leon Biddy and Raymond Biddy all of Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia; sister, Vivian Biddy of Chattanooga; sixteen grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, March 9, 2007 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Huel Hooker officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with grandsons and great-grandsons serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Bill Carroll, Ray Black, Jerry "Butch" Gregg and Robert "Red" Gregg. His family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, March 8, 2007 at the funeral home.
