Charlotte Janette King

Charlotte Janette King, 65, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2007 at her residence. She was a member of Union Grove Church of Christ. Mrs. King was the daughter of the late Clyde Ray and was also preceded in death by her husband Bill Johnson who passed away in 1970 and her son, Glen Johnson. She is survived by her mother, Helen Harris of Georgetown; three children: Sharon Price of Cleveland, Robby Johnson of Georgetown and Scott King of Cleveland; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Pat Plemons of Soddy Daisy; two brothers: Don Ray of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida and Mike Ray of Cleveland; former husband, Jerry King of Cleveland. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Minister Bill Wilkinson officiating. Interment will follow in Union Grove Church of Christ Cemetery. Her family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
