Leona Fritts

Flossie Fritts, 97, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Friday, May 11, 2007 in a local healthcare facility. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Cleveland. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Fritts; parents, Alfred Dunn and Sally Finnell Dunn; sister, Avis Pendergrass; brothers, Luther Dunn, Ben Dunn, Wayne Dunn and Dane Dunn. She is survived by her nieces, Sue Lawson of Cleveland and Arliss Mullinax of Riceville; great niece, Vonda Hazard of Cleveland; great nephews: Buck Lawson of Cleveland and David Lawson of Delano; several great great nieces and nephews and many survivors out of state. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Tom Moncrief officiating. Interment will follow at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Buck Lawson, David Lawson, Abner Mullinax and friends of First Baptist Church serving as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. Her family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home
