Kathleen Webb

July 14, 1916 — May 30, 2007

M. Kathleen Webb of McDonald, TN, who would have been 91 on July 14th, passed away early Wednesday morning in a local hospital. She was a member of the Cleveland Christian Church. "Ms. Kathleena" (as called by one of her caregivers) was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and one grandson, Timothy Carl Hobbs. She is survived by Zebb Webb her husband of many years who loved her dearly and sat by her bedside daily for the past fifteen months. Two daughters and their husbands, Sharon and Carl Hobbs and Debbie and Larry Parker all of Cleveland; grandchildren Melissa Hobbs, Matthew Parker and wife Jamina, Ashley Parker and wife Amy and Michael Parker and wife Sharon all of Cleveland; also surviving her are nine great-grandchildren, Brittany and Nicholas Hobbs, Haylea, Madison, Hannah, Riley, Molly, Ethan and Ely Parker all of Cleveland; one sister, Pauline Vargo of Logan, WV; three sisters-in-law, Opal Acord of Man, WV, Bernice Acord of Logan, WV and Jessie Acord of Wilmington, DE and several nephews and nieces. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 1, 2007 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Grant Henley and Carl R. Hobbs officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. Ashley Parker, Matthew Parker, Michael Parker, Chad Buckner and Chad Burris will serve as pallbearers. Her family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
