Elaine Hilliard Fox

Elaine H. Fox, 83, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, June 24, 2007 in a Chattanooga healthcare facility. She was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Cleveland. She was a former church elder and had been actively involved in church programs. Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, Gertrude and Mark Hilliard; her husband, Vernon J. Fox and her sister Helen H. Mathis. She is survived by her sister, Annette H. Fossett of Chattanooga; brother, Kenneth E. Hilliard of Dalton, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Reverend Cliff Hudson officiating. Interment will follow at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. Her family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
