Frances R. Kibler, 88, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, July 01, 2007 in a local healthcare facility. She was of the Christian Church faith. She was very devoted to all of her family. She was retired from Abel Hardware after sixteen years of service. Mrs. Kibler was the daughter of the late John Ernest Rymer and Ina Arthur Rymer and was also preceded in death by her husband, Jack B. Kibler, Sr.; three brothers, Carl Rymer, Ernest Rymer and Donald Rymer; two sisters, Aletha Bivens and Ernestine Rymer. She is survived by two sons: Jack B. Kibler, Jr. and Jimmy R. Kibler and wife, Janet Kibler all of Cleveland; four grandchildren: Lori Stafford and husband, Gregg Stafford, Jimmy R. Kibler, Jr. and wife Tiffany Kibler, Jason C. Kibler and wife Mary Kibler all of Cleveland, and Jody Kibler and wife Tara Kibler of Boise, Idaho; five great-grandchildren; two sisters: Mamie Stephenson and Billie Nipper both of Cleveland; brother, Ralph Rymer of Cleveland; several nieces and nephews also survive. A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2007 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Minister David Skidmore officiating. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. Pallbearers will be Charles Brewer, Gregg Stafford, Bryan Stafford, Stacey Rymer, Jim Skidmore and Paul Skidmore. Her family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, July 2, 2007 at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.
