Imogene Kincaid, 89, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2008 in a local hospital. She was a member of the Union Grove Church of Christ. Mrs. Kincaid was the daughter of the late William Roy Holbrook and Maggie Croft Holbrook and was also preceded in death by her husband, Carson Kincaid; her son, Charles Kincaid; her two daughters, Sue Wilson and Carol Kincaid, her two sisters, Thelma Smith and Shirley Clark. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Mowery of Cleveland; three granddaughters: Mary Ann Tapley and husband, Russ Tapley, Teaa Wilson and Lisa Amatangelo and husband, Mario Amatangelo all of Cleveland; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Betty Forrester and husband, Eugene Forrester of Copperhill; daughter-in-law, Edith Samples Kincaid of Cleveland; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Ted Gobble officiating. Interment will follow in Macedonia Church of Christ Cemetery in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Her family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
