Martha Autry

Martha Autry, 87, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Friday, February 15, 2008 at her home. She was a native of Erwin, North Carolina. Mrs. Autry was the daughter of the late William and Flowery Baker Tutor and was also the widow of the late Nelson O. Autry. She was a member of Erwin Church of God in Erwin, North Carolina. She is survived by six children: Jerry Autry of Godwin, North Carolina, Patricia Watts of Erwin, North Carolina, Robert Autry of Odenton, MD, Phyllis Avery of Coats, North Carolina, Bonnie Autry of Jessup, MD and Charlotte Garner of Cleveland, TN; 21 grandchildren; 40 great- grandchildren; six great- great grandchildren; and one sister, Mattie Avery of Lexington, North Carolina. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at the Erwin Church of God in Erwin, North Carolina. The concluding service was held in Erwin Cemetery in North Carolina.
