Kent Wayne Montgomery

Kent Wayne Montgomery, 46, a resident of McCaysville, Georgia, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2008 at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Montgomery of Cleveland; daughter, Katie Montgomery of Cleveland; mother, Deva Dudley of Punta Gorda, Florida; father, Reverend K.C. Montgomery of Durant, Oklahoma; one brother, Dale Montgomery of Punta Gorda, Florida; one sister, Connie Douglass of Port Charlotte, Florida; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 4, 2008 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Kenneth Montgomery officiating. Interment will follow in Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Turtletown, TN. Ricky Walker, Johnny Montgomery, Donnie Walker, Brian Montgomery, Ray Scoggins, Sam Montgomery and John Montgomery will serve as pallbearers. His family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Saturday, May 3, 2008 at the funeral home.
