Frank D Mitchell

Frank D. Mitchell, 65, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2008 in a Chattanooga hospital. He was a retired dairy farmer in the Red Hill Community. Mr. Mitchell was the son of the late I.C. Mitchell and Maggie Thomas Mitchell and was also preceded in death by his sister, Pauline Mitchell. Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Linda Mitchell of Cleveland; two sons: Frank Mitchell, Jr. and wife Laura of Hixson, TN and Mark Mitchell of Cleveland, TN; two grandchildren: Jaggar Mitchell and Kyla Mitchell both of Hixson; one sister, Ruth Austin of Cleveland; one brother, James Morgan Mitchell of Chatsworth, GA; several nieces, nephews including special nephew, Willie Austin of Cleveland. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 31, 2008 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Willie Austin officiating. Interment will follow in Cohulla Baptist Church Cemetery. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
