Dale Hewitt

Dale Hewitt, 67, a lifelong resident of Bradley County, passed away in peace on June 14, 2008. He was a loving husband, daddy and papaw. He was a well-known tractor mechanic. He was respected and loved by everyone who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bart and Blanche Hewitt and his brother, Van Hewitt. Survivors include his wife of 45 years Martha Hewitt; daughter, Tammy Harden; two granddaughters: Natasha Cannon and husband, Chris Cannon and Haley Harden; two grandsons: Casey Crittenden (Courtney Lowe), Nicholas McAlister; three great-grandchildren: Gavin and Lyndsey Cannon and Riley Crittenden; five brothers; two sisters; several nieces and nephews; special brother-in-law, Ronnie Ellis; two special friends: Charles Dixon and Earl Reynolds. A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2008 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Sears officiating.
