Jayant A Patel

Jayant A. Patel, 62, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Friday, June 20, 2008 in a Nashville hospital. He was the owner of Dunkin Donuts for thirty-two years and was a well known entrepreneur in the Cleveland area. He attended North Cleveland Church of God. He loved flower gardening. Mr. Patel was the son of the late Amichand Patel and Hiraben Patel. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Lila Patel of Cleveland; three children: Rajesh Patel and wife, Michelle Patel, Latta Patel and Nina Patel and fiancée Eric Pistolich all of Cleveland; four grandchildren: Nisha Patel, Mya Patel, Miraina Patel and Marissa Patel all of Cleveland; two sisters; two brothers; several nieces and nephews also survive. A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, June 22, 2008 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Mitch Maloney officiating. His family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, June 22, 2008 at the funeral home prior to the service.
