Teresa Lynn Herron

Teresa Lynn Herron, 47, a resident of Cleveland, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 1, 2008 at the home of her loving mother. All of her loved ones and friends were by her side. She was of the Baptist faith and always a joy to be around and never met a stranger. She had a very strong will and was a very hard worker. She was the best Mom two girls could have ever asked for. She was preceded in death by her two brothers: Walter Thomas Swafford and Charles "Chuck" Swafford; three sisters: Linda Cotte, Darlene Swafford and Charlene Swafford; father, Walter Floyd Swafford. She is survived by two daughters: Brandy Lynn Thompson and Chassy Mae Herron; two brothers: Billy Swafford and Bobby Swafford; one sister, Gail Prater; five grandchildren: Hannah and Blake Thompson, Alyssa, Alana and Loralei Cordell; several nieces and nephews also survive. Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 3, 2008 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Steve Gilbert officiating. Her family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Thursday, July 3, 2008 at the funeral home prior to the service.
