Lucille Seals, 95, a resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Thursday, July 3, 2008, in a local hospital. Mrs. Seals was born in Seadrift, TX, on December 1, 1912. She was a member of Clingan Ridge Baptist Church. Mrs. Seals was a retiree of the Charleston Hosiery Mill. Mrs. Seals was the daughter of the late Ethel Horner Easterly and John Horner and step-father Shannon Easterly. She was also preceded in death by her husbands, Clyde Moses and Hugh Seals; and by her sons, James and Clyde Moses; and step-children, Winnie Young, Wilma Dalton, and Clarence Ray Seals; brothers, John (Red) Horner, Roy and Joe Easterly; and sister Elizabeth Whitaker. She is survived by her three children: Linda Lackey of Harrison, TN, Hugh (Cheryl) Seals of Loris, SC, and Joe (Shirley) Moses of Brook Park, OH. She is also survived by one sister, Nora Clonts of Apison, TN, and brothers, Robert (Mildred) Easterly of Cleveland, and Wallace (Margaret) Easterly of Cinnaminson, NJ. She is survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 6, 2008, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Moore?s Chapel Cemetery. Her family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2008, and 1 hour before the service on Sunday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be grandsons: Kenny Lackey, David Moses, James Moses, Clyde Moses, Jr., Frank Moses, and Tom Moses.
