William Howard

William (Billy) Howard, 49, a resident of Cleveland, passed on to be with the Lord Friday, July 11, 2008. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a graduate of Cleveland High School. He was a graduate of Chattanooga State where he received EMT training and was a former EMT with Bradley County Ambulance Service. He was a former employee of Harrington and King for several years. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Howard; grandparents: Charlie and Mabel Bagby Howard and William and Ruby Dooley Pierce; uncle, Johnny Howard; aunt, Nora Mae Howard Survivors include his mother, Doris Howard of Cleveland; one sister, Tammy Smith and husband, Jerry Smith of Big Springs, TN; two brothers: Michael Howard and wife, Helen Howard and Charlie Howard and wife, Jesenia Howard all of Cleveland; two aunts: Betty Stinnett and husband, Delmar Stinnett of Cleveland and Teresa Kerr and husband, David Kerr of Knoxville; two uncles, Roger Howard of Cleveland and William Pierce and wife Elizabeth of Maryville; several nieces and nephews also survive. A graveside service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Monday, July 14, 2008 at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Reverend Jim Gibson officiating. Brandon Bowen, Michael Howard, Charlie Howard, Jerry Smith, Andy Cornett and Chad McNabb will be serving as pallbearers.
