Russell D Crackel

Russell D. Crackel, 71, a resident of Cleveland passed away September 4, 2009 in a local hospital. He was of the Lutheran faith. He was a firefighter for twenty-three years with the Elgin Fire Department and served his post with honor. He was preceded in death by his parents, David Crackel and Gertrude Irvin Crackel; wife, Marjorie Crackel and brother, Daniel Crackel. Survivors include his children: Jeff and Trish Crackel of Cleveland, Duane and Jolene Crackel, Daniel Crackel and Renee’ and Bob Jannusch all of IL and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Ralph Buckner Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
