Frances F Carson

Frances F. Carson, 70, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Friday, September 25, 2009, at her home. She was a member of Chilcutt United Methodist Church where she played the piano for many years. She was formerly employed with K-Mart. Her parents, Jennings and Margie Daugherty Hunt, preceded her in death as well as her husband, Gilbert Carson. She is survived by three children and their spouses: Allen and Lisa Carson, Ricky and Sheila Carson, and Debbie and Michael Williams, all of Cleveland; eight grandchildren: Mindy Earwood, Tanner Carson, Lindsay Riggs, Devin Carson, Mathew Williams, Brooke Williams, Jessica Williams and Riley Williams; six great-grandchildren; three sisters and their husbands: Mary and Jack Moore of Cleveland; Kathleen and Teddy Vore of Charleston, and Gladys and Robert Farris of Athens; two caregivers: Earlene Gilbert and Lori Smith; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, September 28, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Arp and Pastor Renny Whittenbarger officiating. Interment will follow in Chilcutt Cemetery concluding with a white dove release ceremony. Tanner Carson, Mathew Williams, Robbie Riggs, Teddy Vore, Jack Moore and Robert Farris will serve as pallbearers. Her family will receive friends from 3 ? 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home and also one hour prior to the service Monday.
