Paula Elizabeth Green

Paula Elizabeth Green, 56, a resident of Benton, passed away Friday, October 9, 2009, in a Chattanooga hospital. She attended Benton Church of God. Her parents, James and Pauline Lunsford Dunn, preceded her in death as well as one brother, Tony Dunn. She is survived by her husband, William Green of Benton; two children: Shawn Underwood and wife Ronda of Cleveland, and Jaimie Adams and husband Michael of Benton; three grandchildren: Alexia Adams, Sierra Underwood and Kristin Underwood; one brother, Jim Dunn of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 13, 2009, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Herron officiating. Interment will follow in Ball Play Cemetery concluding with a white dove release ceremony. Shawn Underwood, Michael Adams, Danny Green, Burt Davis, Jimmy Couch and Gino D’Andrea will serve as pallbearers. Her family will receive friends from 5 – 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
