David Eugene Estes

David Eugene Estes, 64, a resident of Cleveland and a former resident of Orange County, Florida, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013 in a local hospital. He was employed with the Department of Corrections in Orange County, Florida for 27 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Cleveland. Mr. Estes was the son of the late James Marion Estes and Clydia Mae Hall Estes. He is survived by his wife of 41 ½ years, Mary Estes of Cleveland; six children and spouses: Roy and Dalice Estes of Grier, SC, April and Michael Moody of Eustis, FL, Michael Estes of Cleveland, Angel and Ben Andrews of Kissimmee, FL, Kathy Estes and fiancée Preston Irion of Buna, Texas and Nichole Estes of Cleveland; nine grandchildren also survive. The family will hold a Celebration of Life Service at a later date. Ralph Buckner Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
