Nellah Dawn Slay Fullam, 60, a resident of Cleveland for the past eleven years, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2013 in a local hospital. She was a loving daughter, wife and grandmother. She attended First Baptist Church of Cleveland. Dawn graduated from Mendenhall High School in Mississippi; earned a B.A. Degree from Southern Mississippi University in Secretarial Science and later worked as an administrative assistant with McRae?s Department Store in Vicksburg, Mississippi. She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Michael Wayne Fullam of Cleveland; mother, Brownell Slay of Mendenhall, MS; daughter, Heidi Angelique Slay Summers and husband, Sean; twin grandchildren, Sailor Grace Summers and Colby Ellis Summers all of Madison, MS. A memorial service will be held in Chattanooga and a graveside service will be held at Georgetown Cemetery in Copiah County, MS at a later date.
