Daniel G Stinnett

Daniel G. Stinnett, 67, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, October 18, 2012 in a local hospital. He was a member of Mercy Tabernacle. He was formerly employed with Champion Windows for twelve years. He was preceded in death by his mother, Melvinnie Stinnett Swinford; father, Charlie Wayne (T. Berry) Stinnett; brother, Wayne Stinnett of Cleveland; sister, Katie Shelton of Benton, TN (Ocoee); grandson, Isaiah Phillips and great-grandson, Wesley Scott. Survivors include his wife Eva G. Stinnett of Cleveland; children: Elizabeth Phillips of Athens, TN, Donna Willson of Etowah, TN, Donna Louise Johnson of Benton; Margaret McCann of Cleveland, TN, Carl Stinnett and John Stinnett both of Benton, TN; three sisters: Faye Rodgers of Calhoun, GA, Junie Rolens of Nashville, TN and Virginia Lemons of Cleveland, TN; two brothers: Junior Swinford of Polk County, TN and Jessie Swinford of Cleveland, TN; eighteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; multiple nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 21, 2012 at the Mercy Tabernacle in Benton, TN with Pastor John Wesley McCann officiating. Interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 22, 2012 at Benton Memorial Gardens. His family will receive friends following the service at the church.
