Alice Irene Golden

Alice Irene Golden, 80, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at the family residence. She was a member of Ocoee Church of God. She was a care giver for many years and enjoyed bowling. Mrs. Golden was the daughter of the late John Ross and Bertha Bledsoe Ross and was also preceded in death by her husband, Junior R. Golden who passed away in 1997. She is survived by her children: Ronnie Golden and wife, Mary of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, Joyce Golden and Robert Golden both of Cleveland, Debra Pak and husband, Nic of Medina, Ohio Lesia Schreckenghost and husband, Gary of Kyle, TX, Regina Bivens and husband, Mitchell of Charleston and Renee Golden of Maryville; thirteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 17, 2012 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Donald Ross officiating. Interment will follow in McInturf Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. Her family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
