Mildred Duggan Mildred Rosetta Duggan, 86, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2012 in a local hospital. She was of the Baptist faith. She retired from Jackson Manufacturing after nineteen years of service. She loved her family and always put them first. Always had faith in God and believed that He left her on earth this long to help take care of her family. Mrs. Duggan was the daughter of the late Tommy and Mary Leamon and was also preceded in death by her husband, Andy Duggan who passed away fourteen months ago; two daughters, Hope Morgan and Diane Duggan; one son, James Duggan; three brothers, Arch Leamon, Ray Leamon and James Leamon; three sisters, Nell Bandy, Malley Leamon and Marchie Leamon. She is survived by her two children: Bobbie Nell Trentham and Jackie Duggan both of Cleveland; six grandchildren: Elaine Emerson, Misty Keith, Tim Cronan and wife, Holly, Dustin Duggan and wife, Tiffany, Brian Duggan and wife, Kayla and Cory Hyde all of Cleveland; fifteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, August 26, 2012 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Dave Thomas officiating. Her family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, August 26, 2012 at the funeral home prior to the service.
