Andrew T. Croft, Jr., a resident of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, August 25, 2012, in a local healthcare facility. He retired from Combustion Engineering following 30 years of service and was an active musician and guitarist. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Jessie Chambers Croft, daughter, Joan Croft Bridges, and three brothers: Edward Croft, Donald Croft and Ronald Croft. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Patricia Croft of Cleveland; two children: David Croft and wife Debbie of Cleveland, and Gwen Croft of Asheville, NC; son-in-law, Al Bridges of Collegedale; two grandsons and spouses: Levi Beau Bridges and Stacy Gee of Fort Oglethorpe, and Mark Andrew Boring and Sheyra Kelley of Atlanta; and two great grandchildren: Delaney Bridges and Alexia Bridges. A Memorial Gathering of Friends and Family for Andrew T. Croft will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday, September 7, 2012 at the East Side Church of Christ. A Remembrance Service will be held at the church at 4:00 p.m. with Ted Gobble speaking and other friends also speaking on how Mr. Croft had influenced their lives.
