Helen Ruth Ensley

Helen Ruth Ensley, 81, of Georgetown, and formerly of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2012 from her earthly home to her heavenly home. She was self-employed as a cosmetologist for 20 years. Helen was a member of Hampton Drive Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and a wonderful mom. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clint Edwin Ensley; children, Janet Kaye Ensley and James Chris Ensley; parents, Chris and Dona Roach; and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children, Kent Ensley of Georgetown and Alma Ensley of Red Bank, Randy Ensley and wife, Betsy of Georgetown and Pam Presley and husband, Ron of Cleveland; three grandchildren, Jamie Ensley of Lebanon, Josh Ensley and wife, Amy of Cleveland and Melissa Presley of Mt. Juliet; two great grandchildren, Carter Ensley and Tanner Ensley, both of Cleveland; sister, Alene Norman of Maynardville; sister-in-law, Katherine Ensley; several nieces and nephews; special pet, Piper; and several special caregivers. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 20, 2012 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Dills and Pastor Roger Hobbs officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Jamie Ensley, Josh Ensley, Milan Cranfield, Scott Gibbons, James A. Stone and Frank Pritchett serving as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. Her family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5:00-8:00 p.m. the funeral home.
