Patricia Ann Rymer, 70 passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at her home. She was a member of Samples Memorial Baptist Church. She retired from Sav-A-Lot and was employed by Cleveland Chair most of her career. She was also an avid bowler. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Ruben Rymer and parents, Hoyt E. and Nellie M. Scoggins Cross. Survivors include two children, Larry Gene "Mater" Rymer and wife, Kathy and Gary Dean Rymer and wife, Sonya, all of Cleveland; grandchildren, Scott Rymer and wife Jessica, Billy Rymer and wife Nikki, both from Delano, Dana Rymer, Tim Whaley and wife Triva, of Cleveland; great-grandchildren, Jasmin Rymer, Jeremiah Rymer, Jade Rymer, Jameson Rymer, Kaden Rymer and Ketan Rymer; two sisters, Lavonda Phillips and husband, Bill and Louise Jean Cartwright and husband, W.C.; brother, Billie E. Cross and wife, Rosa, all of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 2:00 at Samples Memorial Baptist Church with Reverend Lee Ingram and Reverend Mark Cameron officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. Scott Rymer, Billy Rymer, Tim Whaley, Casey Hale, Nathan Headrick and Mark Cross will serve as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. Her family will receive friends from 4:00-8:00 on Friday, April 17, 2009 at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home and from 1:00-2:00 on Saturday, April 18 at Samples Memorial Baptist Church prior to the service.
