Joe H Mullins

Joe H. Mullins, age 71, a resident of Athens, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2009 at Rhea Medical Center in Dayton. He was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church in Cleveland. He was retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Meigs County. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lige and Artie Mullins and a brother, Lige G. Mullins. Survivors include his son, Timothy J. Mullins and his wife, Joyce; two step-grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren all of Cleveland; a sister Nancy Jackson and her husband, Clayton of Athens; and several nieces and nephews. There will be a memorial service, Saturday, April 25, 2009 at 1:00 at Georgetown Baptist Church with Dr. Reed Wright officiating.
