Jo Ann Kyle

Jo Ann Kyle, 65, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2009, at her home. She was employed with Charleston Hosiery for 40 years and was a member of Eastside Church of Christ. She loved her family and also enjoyed flower gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Virgie Debity, and one sister, Betty Young. She is survived by her husband, George L. Kyle of Cleveland; one son, Phil Bates and wife Tiffany of Cleveland; one granddaughter, Aayla Ann Bates of Cleveland; three sisters: Judy Sisson of Cleveland, Carolyn Graves and Gail Cathy, both of Coker Creek; two brothers: Jimmy Debity of Iraq, and Junior Debity of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, 2009, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Ministers Jeff Archey and Bill Maynard officiating. Interment will follow in Epperson Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Monroe County concluding with a white dove release ceremony. Pallbearers include: Jason Cox, Adam Ledford, Chris Ledford, Tanner Riley, Matt Ball, John Horner, Michael Belcher and David Brinker serving as pallbearers.
