James E. Dillon, Jr. James E. Dillon, Jr., 79, passed away Monday, November 2, 2009 in a local hospital. He was an independent truck driver. He also served in the United States Army and Air Force. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his father, James Russell Dillon. He is survived by his children, Mike Dillon of Chatsworth, GA and Mitzi Jo Williams of Cleveland; three grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. at Chattanooga National Cemetery with a military chaplain officiating. The service will conclude with military honors. Ralph Buckner Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
