Laxmiben Z Desai

Laxmiben Z. Desai, 85, a resident of Hixson, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2009, at the family residence. She was a member of the GSET Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Zaver K. Desai. She is survived by eight children, four sons: Dasya Desai, Ranchhod Desai, Thakor Desai and Magan Desai, and four daughters: Narmba Patel, Dahi Patel, Niru Patel and Sumitra Patel; 22 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren; one sister, Savita Patel; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 6, 2009, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Vishnu Bhatt officiating. A prayer service was held Sunday at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
