Marvin Bramlett

Marvin (Greg) Bramlett, 52, a life long resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2009 in a Chattanooga hospital. He was a member of Victory Prayer House Church for over seven years where he was a deacon. He was a self-employed carpenter. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Gracie Lawson and one sister, Pamela Sue Bramlettt. He is survived by his wife, Pam Bramlett of Cleveland; one son, Tyler Bramlett and wife Anissa Bramlett and their children, Cheyenne, Arrie, Allie and Joshua Bramlett all of Cleveland and a daughter, Chastity Lawson and her child, Mallory Lawson both of Cleveland; parents: Melvin Bramlett and Frances "Arelean" Price Bramlett of Cleveland; two brothes, James Wesley Bramlett and Jeff Stuart Bramlett and wife Diane Bramlett all of Cleveland; sister-in-law, Theresa Orders of Cleveland; grandmother, Annie Price of Benton; special nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, January 12, 2009 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend A.C. Cooper officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. Mike Crye, Johnny Lawson, Joey Bramlett, Wesley Bramlett, Jr., Jimmy Carter and Bart Chase will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Cheyenne, Arrie, Allie and Joshua Bramlett and Thaddeus Cannon. His family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Sunday, January 11, 2009 at the funeral home.
