Brett Carroll

Brett Carroll, 19, a life long resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at the family residence. He was devoted to his family and was of the Christian faith. He was graduate of Bradley Central High School Class of 2007. He was employed with Wal-Mart. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Carolyn Jo Thomason and great-grandparents, Elmer and Bonnie Crisp. He is survived by his mother, Pamela Michelle Thompson of Cleveland and father, Rodney Carroll of Athens; grandparents, Elizabeth Thompson and Larry Scroggins of Cleveland, Steve and Brenda Thompson of Cleveland; great-grandparents, Glenn and Ruby Thompson of Cleveland; aunts, Stephanie McCoy and Shannon Thomason; uncles, Robert Thompson Jonathan Thomason; several cousins also survive. A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 14, 2009 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Roger Wagner officiating. His family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Saturday, February 14, 2009 at the funeral home prior to the service.
