Connie Sue Hayes

Connie Sue Hayes, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, February 13, 2011 at the family residence. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She was an executive administrative assistant with M&M Mars with 26 years of service. Connie was the daughter of the late William Verlin Arthur and Betty Ruth Fricks Arthur. She is survived by her eight brothers and sisters: Jimmy Wayne Arthur of Ringgold, GA, Betty Gail Wilson of Ringgold, GA, Ronald Lee Arthur of Cleveland, TN, Nancy Marie Davis of Rossville, GA, Patricia Ann Christopher of Ft. Oglethorpe, GA, Cynthia Darlene Potts of Rock Spring, GA, William “Bo” Arthur of Ringgold, GA and Timmy Arthur of Ringgold, GA; numerous nieces and nephews also survive; and good friend, Perry Edgemon of Cleveland. A memorial service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 16, 2011 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Minister Robbie Eversole officiating. Her family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at the funeral home and requests that Connie’s friends bring pictures to display during the visitation.
